ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary based on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — we ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Q: I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
A: Email us immediately at rapidfireusa.help@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Q: What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong product?
A: Reach out to rapidfireusa.help@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos. We’ll take care of you.

Q: What is a pre-order?
A: Pre-orders allow you to reserve limited pieces before they’re officially released. This helps us reduce waste and produce based on demand.

Q: When will my pre-order ship?
A: Estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page. Pre-orders typically take longer than regular orders, so please be patient.

Q: Are your pieces limited?
A: Yes. Many items are limited in quantity and may not restock once sold out. If you want it — grab it.

A: Most of our drops are exclusive and may never restock. Some pieces might return if the demand is high, but we recommend securing items while they’re available.
